NFT Marketplace

An open marketplace for all.

ROX Games offers its own marketplace for buying and selling NFT horses. This marketplace is located within the game itself and is accessible through the ROX domain. Players can sell their NFT horses on this marketplace or any other external NFT marketplace. Players have complete control over their NFT horses and their associated $ROX tokens, which are stored in a designated wallet.

Players can purchase pre-bred or randomly generated NFT horses with a specific bloodline and race history. These horses can be sold for a fixed price or through an auction. If a player decides to purchase an NFT horse for a fixed price, the required amount of $ROX tokens will be deducted from their wallet. The purchased NFT horse will then be added to the player's wallet. If a player purchases an NFT horse from another player, the ownership of the horse will be transferred to the buyer's wallet and the $ROX tokens will be transferred to the seller.

All in-game assets can be purchased with either fiat or cryptocurrency. However, all transactions within the game must be completed using $ROX tokens, which helps to maintain a consistent token volume and circulating supply.

There are two main ways to sell NFT horses on the ROX marketplace: the "Buy Now" method and the auction system. The "Buy Now" method allows players to list their NFT horse for a specific price, and if someone is willing to pay that price, the transaction will be completed and the NFT horse will be sold. The auction system allows players to place their NFT horse up for bid with a reserve price. Other players can then place bids on the horse until the auction timer runs out. If the reserve price is met, the auction will continue until the end. If the reserve price is not met, the auction will be considered void.

To purchase an NFT horse on the marketplace, players must have the required currency of the seller (e.g. USDT or ROX on the Polygon network). Players can then simply click "Buy" and confirm the transaction through their wallet (such as Metamask) to complete the purchase.

The ROX Games marketplace charges a 2.5% seller fee and a 2.5% royalty fee on every transaction. These fees are the same regardless of the currency used to sell the NFT horses. These fees are used to support the development of the game and will eventually be directed towards the community treasury for use in staking rewards, tournament rewards, and ecosystem development. These fees will remain in place for the first year of the game's operation and will eventually be used to support the decentralization of the game.
